Tasting Notes: Pure Joy. 100% Pugnitello. Only 400 bottles produced per year. Ancient and noble vine saved from the disappearance caused by its poor productivity. Radiant bunches as small « punches », from which the name derives, grains of an intense violet, only three four bunches per plant that give very low yields. Very few bottles, a lot of effort.This Pugnitello is vinified with a maceration of 2 days on the skins before the beginning of fermentation which is carried out spontaneously and then with another maceration of 20 days after fermentation. Aging in barrique.
